DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS-
You will need to bring current identification and the gun you intend to qualify with to class along with 50 rounds of factory grade ammunition. A loner gun and ammunition can be purchased through us at class if needed. Ammunition cost is $20 for a 50 round box. Loner gun cost is complimentary with ammunition purchase.
Please wear closed toed shoes and a hat to class as well as proper yet comfortable attire. We do have an outdoor shooting range so please dress according to the weather.
The Texas Department of Public Safety requires that you be at least 21 years of age or at least 18 years of age if currently serving in or honorably discharged from the military to obtain your concealed handgun license. You may view the paperwork prior to class at https://www.texasonline.state.tx.us/txapp/txdps/chl/ . We will complete the paperwork from the Texas Department of Public Safety during your scheduled Texan Defender class.
